Protein Planet has set rules for the Return and Cancellation Policy:

  • Do not receive any product which seems to be tampered by the courier services.
  • Please make a video while removing the packaging as supporting proof.
  • Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/inquiries about authenticity.
  • Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.



If there is any point of concern, raise a request to the brand or there is no return/replacement for the same.

We won’t be able to accept any return/replacement if the above-listed points are not being ensued.

Since constituents of BCAA’s and Pre-workout are hygroscopic in nature, they’ll lead to form lumps. However, the supplement is absolutely safe to consume. We would suggest shaking the product vigorously to crumble down the bumps which would help them to dissolve in the water. We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at – you can return all items within 7 days of the cancellation of goods. Please assure, however, that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is unimpaired. 2-way shipping charges (both side travelling) will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.

If an item is received in damaged condition or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send us a snapshot including the outer packaging, MRP Hologram, Batch Number, Authentication code and images of products received with invoice copy to our customer care at or call us on +91-0755-4939782 (10 am to 6 pm business days).

Once you raise the issue, we will review for the same you will get a revert in 24-48 hrs. If needed, we may raise the concern to brand or importer and, in those situations, we need to wait for the revert from the same.

Once the investigation is over, if we arrange for a reverse pickup then the process will be as mentioned below

  • Our courier partner will take 3-4 working days to pick up the product/item from the designated address,
  • In reverse pickup, the process generally takes standard delivery with a minimum 7-8 working days to get back to our warehouse.
  • Once the product is received back to us, our quality team checks it and provides an update related to the product state, as we need the product in the same condition as delivered to you.
  • On receiving a positive response, we will get back to you and as per your request, we will replace or refund you for the order (replacement is subject to availability of the particular product).
  • In case we receive an improper and indecent response, the product would be sent back to you in the same condition.


Note – As per our Return Policy you need to raise concern within 21 days along with proper product images and unboxing videos.


IN CASE YOU'VE RECIEVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT:  We recommend you not to accept the product/item from the courier person and kindly take images (or videos) of the same and share with us at or you can contact us on +91-0755-4939782 (10 am to 6 pm business days). It will assist us to raise the concern with the respective courier partner.


Please Note: If in case of this uncertainty, we will create a new order (same product) and will dispatch it. In the case of category-specific returns policy for health & supplements;

SPORTS & NUTRITION: Products should be collected in original packaging and sealed situations. Opened or used boxes will not be taken as returns.

Always discuss with the Doctor/Nutrition Expert/ Health Consultant before buying the product online. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return


FITNESS ACCESSORIES /EQUIPMENTS: There is no return policy for any product unless it is damaged in transit.

 The following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of the product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
